Key Responsibilities

  • •Design agentic systems: agent definitions and context as engineered artifacts with explicit role separation, tool allowlists, model selection, and behavioral limits.
  • •Build multi-agent architectures and skills with disciplined triggering, progressive disclosure, and non-overlapping ownership boundaries.
  • •Orchestrate agents across interactive, scheduled, CI/event-driven, and long-running unattended workflows with robust failure-mode handling.
  • •Prove trustworthy agent output using defensible evaluations, validation harnesses, and instrumentation against complexity drift.
  • •Implement guardrails and enterprise connectivity, including layered redaction/egress filtering and end-to-end identity integration and production operations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years building software systems with recent depth in LLM-based or agentic systems.
  • •Fluency with modern agent architecture (tool/function calling, MCP or equivalent protocols, context management, retrieval, multi-agent orchestration, and middleware for policy enforcement).
  • •Practical judgment on model selection and cost/latency/quality tradeoffs.
  • •Experience evaluating AI system quality with rigor.
  • •Strong Python intuition plus comfort with shell, CI, and Linux service operation.
