The North Face: Floor Supervisor - Woodfield Mall

Lead a team of brand associates on the sales floor to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection, while ensuring compliance with company standards. Coach and develop staff, oversee floor coverage and opening/closing, support training and audits, and maintain visual merchandising and replenishment standards.
