Key Responsibilities

•Lubricate moving parts of molding machines and robot equipment; change oil and oil filters and keep lubrication-related spare parts inventory.
•Ensure automatic lubrication equipment operates correctly, replacing empty drums or malfunctioning lines.
•Fill oil and automatic dispensers daily on molding machines and conduct preventive maintenance by identifying repair needs.
•Perform maintenance tasks, report additional maintenance or repairs to the supervisor, and complete installation/replacement/modification documentation and logs.
•Remove oil and grease from machinery and the production floor; organize used oil and water for removal and check oil removal systems.

Key Requirements

•At least six months of related experience with production machinery (in-company or elsewhere), highly preferred.

•Physical ability to perform frequent mobility tasks and lift/move up to 50 pounds, including working on elevated platforms and ladder lifts.
•20/20 vision with correction and the ability to differentiate color to detect defects.
