Production Supervisor

Oversee the production department’s daily operations to meet cost, profit, and production goals. Lead multiple departments and shifts, manage and motivate employees, and ensure compliance with UFP policies and applicable law. Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives, including participation in the Safety Committee. Train and develop team members, monitor performance, manage department inventory, and deliver reports and records as required.
