  • •Perform complex service/engineering assignments involving equipment or product design, testing, process studies, and research investigations.
  • •Apply proficiency with test equipment operation, troubleshooting, protective relays, power quality measurements, disaster recovery, rotating machinery, and protection & control design.
  • •Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent with at least 2 years of electrical or mechanical industry experience, or an accredited trade school/training program with 5+ years evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems
  • •No relocation offered; candidates must be within a 50-mile radius (Active-Duty Military Service members exempt)
  • •No employment immigration sponsorship or support (Eaton will not support CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, H-1B, etc.)
  • •Current, unrestricted driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record; subject to an MVR check upon hire
  • •Understand 3-phase power systems and low-, medium-, and high-voltage power distribution equipment, and practice electrical safety measures
