Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate day-to-day production warehouse operations for packaging and manufacturing materials, including staging, issuing, returning, and organizing materials to production schedules.
  • •Perform and verify SAP transactions (purchase order receipts, inventory movements, material issues/reversals/adjustments) and ensure system transaction accuracy.
  • •Maintain oversight of ingredients and packaging materials, ensuring FIFO, lot control, and proper storage and material flow from receiving through usage and return.
  • •Use Excel and approved tools to maintain inventory logs, shortage trackers, audit documentation, and daily warehouse activity reports; identify discrepancies and escalate for resolution.
  • •Conduct routine warehouse audits (inventory/location accuracy, FIFO compliance, lot traceability, housekeeping, and documentation) and support receiving by verifying materials against purchase orders and completing accurate PO receipts.
