Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure incoming buy parts, components, bought-out parts, and sub-assemblies conform to specified quality standards before release for production.
  • •Perform incoming inspection and supervise the inspection team, including documentation and non-conformance management.
  • •Develop QIP and drive continuous quality improvement, including tracking quality KPIs and supporting improvement actions.
  • •Support internal and external audits and preparations (e.g., NADCAP, AS9100).
  • •Initiate NCRs/quality notifications for non-conforming materials, stop/escalate releases when quality requirements are not met, and participate in CAPA activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience in incoming quality, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or inspection.
  • •Experience supervising quality inspectors is preferred.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • •Knowledge of supplier quality and incoming inspection processes, including AS9102 First Article Inspection.
  • •Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills with familiarity with SAP/ERP/QMS systems and engineering drawings/specifications.
