Job Summary

Build products end-to-end, taking problems from brief to browser—designing, building, and shipping prototypes that go live. Collapse the design-to-development feedback loop by catching issues in the live product and fixing them the same day. Key Responsibilities

•Take a problem from brief to browser—design it, build it, and ship it (Figma is a step, not the finish line).
•Collapse the feedback loop by identifying issues in the live product and fixing them the same day.
•Use AI as a build partner to accelerate development through prompting, iteration, and generating production-ready components.
•Own the design system where it matters most, including design tokens, component logic, and interaction states at the design-code boundary.
•Make opinionated product decisions on what to build, what to cut, and what the right experience should be.

Key Requirements

•Have taken work beyond a Figma file—building prototypes that got used and components that shipped in the real product.
•Use AI substantively to build faster and explore/push further (not just for mood boards).
•Demonstrate strong visual and interaction craft while maintaining quality while moving quickly.
•Be comfortable with ambiguity—define a vague problem yourself and start building without a complete brief.
•Prototype ideas hands-on, using AI to get from A to B faster so you can explore further.
