Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain a variety of deposit and credit products, including checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and consumer credit cards.
  • •Perform Teller duties, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and accurate currency and coin counting.
  • •Identify referral opportunities across business lines and document referrals and client activity using 360 View.
  • •Maintain compliance with bank regulations, policies, and procedures related to assigned job functions.

Key Requirements
