Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect vehicles at time of receipt to verify information from work orders and identify damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems across interior, exterior, odometer, trunk, and engine compartment.
  • •Prepare and complete all required documentation, including writing electronic condition reports (ECR) and conducting OVE courtesy walk-around inspections.
  • •Set up and perform day-end procedures and complete inspections process/data entry within required time frames.
  • •Collect digital photos per specified criteria guidelines and perform test driving when applicable.
  • •Visibly demonstrate safety commitment and follow all safety and health procedures, with other duties as assigned and possible overtime.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • •1-3 years of experience in the automobile field (e.g., inspections, body/mechanic shop) strongly preferred.
  • •Successful ICP Level I written/field exam.
  • •Understanding of Baseline Inspections (Electronic Condition Report) & vehicle grading.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
