Part Time Universal Banker- 20 Hours- Chestertown

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality client experience. Educate customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), support sales activity through outbound calls, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, maintain internal controls and risk management compliance, and continually build product and service knowledge through training.
