  • •Develop, implement, and monitor long-term strategic resource plans for airports and freight in line with the airports, freight, and group strategy.
  • •Identify and implement transformation initiatives across the Airports/Freight portfolios through extensive stakeholder engagement and business partnering.
  • •Lead a team of workforce planners to deliver effective, safe, and cost-effective seasonal planning and monthly rosters.
  • •Set up, maintain, and manage planning rules and the Master Roster Build through (-28) days.
  • •Use workforce forecasting and scenario modelling to balance operational needs, service outcomes, and labour costs.

  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and build trusted relationships across the organisation.
  • •Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with workforce planning, scheduling, or rostering systems.
