Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and direct all sanitation activities to ensure the facility, equipment, and tools are cleaned and sanitized according to company, USDA, and regulatory standards.
  • •Lead, train, and schedule sanitation team members, ensuring proper execution of cleaning procedures and safe work practices.
  • •Conduct pre-op and post-op inspections to verify sanitation effectiveness and document compliance for food safety audits.
  • •Monitor chemical usage, cleaning methods, and equipment performance, ensuring appropriate concentrations, handling, and maintenance.
  • •Respond promptly to sanitation-related issues during and after cleaning shifts, troubleshooting problems to maintain readiness for production.

Key Requirements

  • •Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
  • •Experience: 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred.
  • •Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independent decision making, must have basic computer knowledge, strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel preferred.
  • •Language: English; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
