Job Summary

Support the platform lead in Sweden by handling operations, events, and community logistics. You’ll work with founders and the Nordic ecosystem, plan founder dinners and larger events, coordinate communications, and help strengthen Antler’s Nordic founder community, with increasing ownership as you prove yourself.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the right hand to the platform lead, supporting operations across Sweden and taking on more ownership as you grow into the role
•Help plan and run events, from intimate founder dinners to larger events with partners
•Ensure founders building in our house have what they need, day to day
•Manage communication and logistics across our community
•Help build and strengthen the Nordic founder community and support the Nordic team in strengthening Antler’s position
