Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee month-end close activities, including preparation and upload of journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.
  • •Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, supporting schedules, and management reports.
  • •Manage fixed assets and accruals, including fixed asset schedules, setup/maintenance/depreciation in the sub-ledger, and coordinate PO accrual processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, including testing and supporting documentation.
  • •Upload and validate monthly financial data in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and recommend improvements to accounting processes, controls, and reserves.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • •5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • •CPA designation or progress toward CPA.
  • •Experience in month-end close, general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and journal entry preparation.
  • •U.S. GAAP accounting and financial reporting experience with SOX testing/compliance; experience with HFM and/or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar).
