Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
  • •Accurately enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations per company policy.
  • •Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
  • •Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items handled at the counter according to the manufacturer's policy and customer needs.
  • •Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders efficiently (including occasional RF scanner use), and restock/replenish showroom merchandise.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • •Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.
  • •Preferred: High school diploma or GED, 1+ years of related inside sales experience, and familiarity with pool supplies/parts/chemicals or pool construction/maintenance.
