•Drive execution of UCAN regional Sales Ops strategies, processes, and programs with sales leadership.
•Build and iterate on sales go-to-market strategies, including customer/product segmentation, headcount planning, and sales org/territory design.
•Own regional revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and quota planning processes and reporting.
•Analyze sales performance to produce quantitative and qualitative insights; ensure program and business impact.
