  • •Serve in technical lead roles on bridge-focused complex transportation engineering projects, providing subject matter support and leadership.
  • •Lead analysis, design, and construction support services, including development of contract drawings and specifications for bridge-focused projects.
  • •Provide situational guidance to PMs and managers and ensure documentation and recommendations account for risk, innovation, and future-ready opportunities.
  • •Support business development by preparing technical and cost proposals and developing a client base for high-level structural engineering services.
  • •Mentor, review, and provide oversight to mid-level and junior engineers; support department management/administration including staff utilization, staff development, training, and publications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or closely related discipline).
  • •7+ years of relevant post-education experience.
  • •Engineer license required.
  • •Highly proficient in building and infrastructure planning/design and program/construction management, including rehabilitation, reconstruction, and new design/construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of structural/civil construction laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
