Job Summary

Lead and scale the Project Management function, ensuring successful delivery of strategic technical initiatives. Partner across Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations to drive delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projects. Mentor and develop a team of Digital Project Managers, establish best practices, and continuously improve delivery processes. Own project portfolio planning, define scope and risks, and provide visibility to senior leadership through KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Digital Project Managers, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
•Lead high-impact technical and digital projects from inception to delivery while overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
•Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at high quality.
•Manage the overall project portfolio and resource allocation, prioritize initiatives with senior stakeholders, and identify cross-project dependencies and execution risks.
•Define and continuously improve project management methodologies, standards, and best practices while communicating status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience managing technical or digital projects.
•3+ years leading or mentoring Project Managers.
•Experience managing multiple complex software projects simultaneously.

•Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) and working closely with Engineering and Product teams.
