Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle production incidents and run post-mortem analysis to improve system stability.
  • •Design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Kafka and Redis clusters to ensure performance and reliability.
  • •Partner with development teams to ensure seamless application/system deployments.
  • •Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS and optionally other clouds) for performance, cost, and reliability.
  • •Develop DevOps platform capabilities and apply AIOps/LLM automation for alert triage, RCA, and ChatOps-driven operations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on experience operating Kafka and Redis in large-scale production environments, coordinating with developers to optimize code.
  • •Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or Java, plus SQL.

  • •Strong experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform (and similar).
