Job Summary

Open Finance Sr Analyst responsible for shaping the Brasil Open Finance strategy within Mercado Pago, defining product roadmaps, and tracking KPIs. You’ll translate customer and market data into actionable insights, support growth campaigns, and govern evolution and results of Open Finance initiatives while collaborating with business, product, and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Open Finance strategy for Mercado Pago in Brazil, including building the strategic plan, defining the product roadmap, and monitoring KPIs.
•Generate insights for business opportunities with existing and new features based on customer and market data.
•Support the development and execution of campaigns to grow the user base using Open Finance.
•Develop and implement governance to track evolution and results of Open Finance initiatives in Brazil.
•Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across business, product, and technology to align initiatives.

Key Requirements

•High capacity for logical and conceptual reasoning.
•Proficiency in analyses and data-driven insights, especially using AI tools.
•Ability to navigate a broad, diverse group of stakeholders across business, product, and technology.
•Desire to transform the retail banking sector in Brazil.
•Experience contributing to strategy, roadmaps, and KPI monitoring for financial product areas.
