Key Responsibilities

•FX Risk Management: Manage and enhance Zscaler’s FX hedge program, executing exposure analysis and variance reporting
•Investment & Capital Strategy: Analyze and deliver reporting and actionable insights on investment portfolio, capital structure, and interest rate risk, developing strategic recommendations for senior leadership
•Cash Flow & Liquidity Optimization: Lead the free cash flow forecasting process and long-term liquidity planning, partnering with Finance and Accounting to refine inputs and maximize forecast accuracy
•Treasury Technology & Innovation: Leverage AI-enabled tools, data analytics, and automation to improve reporting, efficiency, and decision-making across treasury
•Strategic Initiatives: Drive complex treasury initiatives including working capital optimization, insurance administration, and policy development, coordinating with Tax, Legal, and FP&A

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 145,600 - 182,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience in Treasury, corporate finance, or banking, spanning FX, investments, capital markets, or liquidity planning
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a closely related field
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling and reporting
•Demonstrated experience presenting financial analyses, models, and strategic recommendations directly to senior leadership or C-suite executives
•Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within the treasury domain
