Lead and contribute to third-party risk governance within the first line of defense for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. Collaborate with vendor managers, escalate emerging risks to senior management, review risk events and remediation efforts, and support regulatory/audit engagements while driving risk awareness and effective governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Third-Party Risk governance within the 1st Line of Defence and report risk and control status to enterprise leadership.
•Collaborate with Vendor Managers to ensure adherence to Third-Party Risk policies and provide guidance to the business.
•Escalate concerning trends to Senior Management and advise on mitigating actions for emerging risks and performance issues.
•Assist in reviewing internal and external Third-Party Risk events to identify root causes and ensure remediation actions are fit for purpose.
•Support governance of intra-group arrangements and liaise with Legal Entity Outsourcing Managers as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,600 - 162,400 annually

Key Requirements

•A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.

•Ability to lead small to medium projects and to mentor colleagues.
