Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical engagements across the sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
  • •Partner with telecommunications service providers and network operators to capture business and technical requirements and map them to Fortinet solutions.
  • •Design and position scalable, carrier-grade security architectures across networking, cloud, and security environments.
  • •Deliver product demonstrations, architecture workshops, and whiteboarding sessions for technical and executive audiences.
  • •Support RFI/RFP responses and maintain accurate technical documentation within Salesforce.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical role.
  • •Experience supporting telecommunications service providers, network operators, or similar large-scale service provider environments.
  • •Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies including Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SOC technologies, and Cloud Security.
  • •Understanding of carrier-grade networking and multi-tenant architectures (e.g., MPLS/IP networking, managed security services) is advantageous.
  • •Industry certifications such as Fortinet NSE/FCP, CISSP, CCNP, or equivalent are an advantage.
