Job Summary

Be the client “ambassador” who delivers the Prada brand philosophy through exceptional luxury service. You’ll welcome and serve customers in-store, capture client data into the Company CRM, and apply an omni-channel mindset to support personalized experiences. Drive individual sales and KPIs through cross-selling, stay current on fashion trends and competitors, and help resolve complaints while maintaining shop-floor standards and security.

Key Responsibilities

•Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony.
•Capture customer data into the Company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships and opportunities.
•Provide an excellent in-store customer experience at all times.
•Engage in cross-selling to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
•Maintain shop floor and visual standards, comply with operational guidelines and stock procedures, and help prevent product thefts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

•Passion for selling and an interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.
•Experience building long-lasting relationships with clients.
•Ability to work well in a team and independently.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•English proficiency required; other languages are a plus.
