Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the RFI process by gathering, analyzing, and assessing information to produce detailed, accurate responses.

  • •Maintain meticulous documentation and an audit trail for RFI reviews and decisions in line with data privacy and internal security protocols.
  • •Escalate critical incidents, high-risk customers, control weaknesses, or material breaches to direct leadership using established protocols.
  • •Support compliance with regulations and internal policies, complete required trainings, and contribute to process improvement and teamwork.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in operations, compliance, or a related field, preferably with exposure to financial crime or RFI processes.
  • •Basic understanding of global financial crime regulations and due diligence standards.
