Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, onboard, train, and develop assistant store managers; motivate them to achieve store goals.
  • •Set clear expectations, analyze performance, provide feedback, and actively manage poor performance to build a high-performance culture.
  • •Lead service and selling culture by example, ensuring a leader is always on duty on the sales floor and coaching improvements.
  • •Ensure store operations follow adidas Retail Operating Rhythms, including compliance, merchandise processing, and accurate cash wrap transactions.
  • •Own store profitability by analyzing store KPIs and financial integrity, driving loss prevention/health & safety initiatives, and collaborating with the District Manager on commercial viability and product availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years or older.
  • •4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Minimum 18 months experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with at least 12 months of Store Management or Assistant Management experience.
  • •Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups.
  • •Consistently exhibit competencies for the position, including proficiency with POS systems and personal computers.
