Job Summary

Support the Business Master Platform (BMP) program by translating business needs into clear, structured, and traceable requirements for agile squads. Analyze and validate business requirements, model AS-IS/TO-BE processes, and create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Partner with Product Owners, facilitate workshops, ensure end-to-end traceability for audit needs, and assist with system and user acceptance testing while driving process improvement.

•Translate business needs into clear, structured, traceable requirements for BMP initiatives within agile squads.
•Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability from business need to delivery outcome.
•Develop structured artefacts including AS-IS/TO-BE process models, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with Allianz standards.
•Collaborate with Product Owners for backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness for agile delivery; facilitate discovery workshops and requirement reviews.
•Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability through design, development, testing, and release; support system and user acceptance testing and drive process improvements.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in business analysis with strong exposure to insurance transformation and complex delivery environments.
•Hands-on requirements engineering experience (user stories, epics, acceptance criteria) with end-to-end traceability in agile frameworks.
•Strong knowledge of core insurance domains (Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, Payments) and end-to-end customer journeys.
•Practical experience with BMP and related platforms/assets (e.g., APL, ABS, Guidewire, APIs, integrations) or equivalent insurance solutions.
•Professional proficiency in French (C1); Dutch is a plus.
