Legal Counsel - UK Employment Law

Provide practical, commercially focused employment law advice to HR and business stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and contracts to employee relations, restructures, and exits. Handle matters including redundancy, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance issues, restrictive covenants, and Employment Tribunal claims, partnering with external counsel when needed. Support policy development, training, and best-practice embedding, with potential exposure to wider EMEA matters in a hybrid role.
