Job Summary

Own end-to-end analytics for first order and new business, turning sales and go-to-market data into actionable insights for Field Operations leaders. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success to define questions, build datasets and verified queries, and deliver recommendations. Use Claude, dbt, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Tableau to create scalable reporting and analytics foundations, improving quality, structure, and usability across the revenue analytics stack.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end first order and new business analytics, from defining stakeholder questions through building datasets, analysis, and recommendations.
•Determine which legacy Tableau dashboards to maintain, update, or migrate to AI-based reporting solutions.
•Drive deep analysis of first order pipeline, new business attainment, and related sales metrics using SQL and Python to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
•Collaborate with Sales, Field Operations/RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions and tools.
•Own sales data quality, structure, and usability across Snowflake, dbt models, and relevant data sources, improving analytics processes and standards.

Salary: USD 126,400 - 213,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Background in sales analytics, interpreting pipeline health, quota attainment, and forecast accuracy metrics.
•Proficiency with AI and business intelligence tools, including hands-on experience with Tableau or a comparable BI platform.
•Practical skills querying and transforming data using SQL and Python, comfortable working with modern data warehouses and analytics environments.
•Experience with analytic engineering, including deciding when to use views, tables, or custom queries for long-term objectives.
•Ability to manage projects and stakeholders, translating business questions into analytical plans and communicating findings to non-technical partners.
