Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead federal projects and programs for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), NAVFAC, U.S. Air Force, or other Federal Agencies.
  • •Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and in conformance with specifications.
  • •Review contracts and sub-contracts and assist management of subcontractors.
  • •Monitor project financials and report to the Project Manager.
  • •Develop and maintain design schedules for approval; manage professional and technical staff to complete complex architectural and engineering projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture + 6 years of relevant industry experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Registered Architect, Professional Engineer (PE) license, or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is required for this position.
  • •Project Management Experience.
  • •Professional experience developing design reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • •Professional experience in managing subcontractors.
