Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of Sales Operations Analysts, Sales Enablement Specialists, and Data/Business Analysts to grow technical capabilities and analytical rigor.
•Set team priorities, workload, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
•Promote best practices in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
•Oversee analytics projects of moderate to high complexity and ensure alignment with business strategy.
•Define and standardize reporting frameworks, data definitions, and KPI structures across functions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
•6+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, financial analysis, or related fields
•3+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity
•Strong experience designing datasets, writing SQL queries, and building reporting solutions
•3+ years working with Power BI and Microsoft BI technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSDT) preferred
