Key Responsibilities

  • •Define what “good” frontend looks like by shaping state, data fetching, routing, module boundaries, and build tooling.
  • •Consolidate the shared component system, migrating the product onto the winning primitives and preventing regressions.
  • •Drive frontend performance improvements using bundle budgets, Lighthouse in CI, real-user vitals, and Sentry digests.
  • •Partner with designers as a peer to improve layout, density, motion, and hierarchy while raising the bar for product craft.
  • •Create safety mechanisms so coding agents can safely touch the codebase (typed boundaries, lint rules, visual regression tests, and fast feedback loops) and lead reviews/mentorship across India and the US.

Key Requirements
