Key Responsibilities

  • •Onsite engagement with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points
  • •Identify relevant datasets and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable pipelines
  • •Co-create bespoke workflows for new user groups and train users to ensure widespread adoption
  • •Lead training sessions and present results to audiences from analysts to executives
  • •Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to translate field observations into product improvements and deliver demos
