Key Requirements

  • •Professional Nurse qualification, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Services Management (or accredited management qualification) OR 5 years of leadership experience in a hospital.
  • •Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing if managing a specialist unit.
  • •5 years of Professional Nurse experience in a hospital.
  • •2 years of leadership experience in a hospital.
  • •Clinical risk management, infection prevention and control, and relevant nursing legislation knowledge.
