Job Summary

Support the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Global Marketing organization within the Commercial Catalog and Quoting team. Maintain catalogue setup and master data in QlikView, coordinate catalog content improvement projects, and help design and administer customer-level reporting. Consolidate and validate data reports to improve monthly performance reporting, and support meeting minutes and project management updates.

•Maintain catalogue setup and master data related to QlikView apps, including monthly catalogue changes.
•Coordinate catalogue content improvement projects, such as product images.
•Design and administer customer-level reporting.
•Consolidate and validate data reports, improve monthly performance reporting, and create reporting concepts for different purposes.
•Support meeting minutes and provide project management updates.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
•First working experience as a student in an industry environment is beneficial.

•Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and QlikView/QlikSense.
•Team player with strong communication skills; fluency in English and German skills are beneficial.
