Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct feasibility studies, prepare procurement reports, and perform quantity take-offs with contract preparation and management.
  • •Prepare and present detailed estimates, cost plans, and final cost plans, managing estimating and cost planning activities.
  • •Manage procurement processes (pre-qualification, enquiries, bid evaluation, cost negotiations, and contract preparation) and contribute to negotiations.
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances and change control, document design changes, and update budgets.
  • •Prepare and issue monthly post-contract cost reports, support final account negotiations, and advise stakeholders on forecasted costs vs. budget and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years of professional experience related to cost management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
  • •RICS and/or AACE certifications/memberships.
  • •Fluent English and Spanish.
  • •Strong Microsoft skills (Excel and PowerPoint), plus CostX and AutoCAD knowledge.
