Key Responsibilities

  • •Own platform epics and initiatives end to end, from requirements through solution design, implementation, and operation.
  • •Design, code, test, document, and refactor complex software while applying engineering standards and tools.
  • •Build and operate production platforms by defining and tracking SLAs/SLOs, reducing incidents and toil, and automating operational work.
  • •Implement technical improvements such as monitoring, system stability, reliability, and operability, balancing impact and cost.
  • •Lead code reviews, contribute to the platform technical roadmap, coordinate cross-team delivery, and mentor lower-grade colleagues.

  • •College or university degree in IT or equivalent education and experience.
  • •7 years of IT experience across the full product development lifecycle, including REST APIs, web applications, or platform development.
  • •2 years of proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers while influencing technical decisions across teams.
  • •Strong software engineering experience using TypeScript, Python, or another modern programming language.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and operating production services on AWS.
