Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points and support risk cost profiling and risk budget drawdown/retirement.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure, assess remaining risk budget, and produce risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels and regular risk reviews.
  • •Develop and improve risk management plans and processes aligned to client requirements, policies, and frameworks.
  • •Lead schedule and cost-effective risk assessment (QCRA & QSRA) and integrate risk management with program and project controls, including change control and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •2+ years of applicable experience in construction risk/professional risk work.
  • •Experience with program management or program controls environments.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation, and associated techniques.
  • •Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills with an understanding of construction contracts and delivery methods.
