Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide birth doula care and support as part of a growing network.
  • •Engage with Loula’s process by submitting an interest form and completing screening questions.
  • •Attend an introductory call if you meet minimum qualifications.
  • •Use client referrals and the doula matching program to connect with insured clients.
  • •Work within a non-exclusive independent contractor network while Loula manages credentialing and admin tasks (insurance verification, medical billing, payment).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Be located in California and meet the minimum qualifications to move forward with an introductory meeting.
