Intermediate NPS Data Analyst

Own the end-to-end NPS program—designing surveys, driving distribution, analyzing results, and reporting actionable insights. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve NPS across multiple countries and work with customer support to strengthen the “close the loop” process. Present customer satisfaction data to C-level leadership, ensuring survey integrity while leveraging Databricks (Genie) and BI tools, plus Excel, SQL, and customer feedback platforms like Medallia and Braze.
