•Undergo a structured 28-month program including classroom lectures, CAAS examinations, and on-the-job training at base and line maintenance environment.
•Contribute to maintenance activities during training and assist in certification processes.
•Adhere to program obligations, including serving 3 years in the Company after training.
•Engage in assessments after each module to achieve licensure and certification

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical and other related engineering courses
•Strong interest in technical role within Aviation industry
•Positive and hardworking personality
•Must be able to differentiate colors for work purpose
•Willing to serve employment of 3 years upon completion of training
