Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO, ensuring efficient management of daily priorities and commitments.
  • •Manage complex, frequently changing calendars and prioritize requests to align with organizational and strategic objectives.
  • •Research and prepare, edit, and proofread executive materials including presentations, reports, correspondence, briefing materials, and Board materials.

Salary: USD 95,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives such as CEOs/COOs/presidents or other senior leaders.
  • •Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, work independently, and manage projects from concept through execution with minimal direction.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex business/financial/strategic information.
  • •Advanced calendar management with strong judgment to prioritize competing, rapidly changing demands.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and experience supporting meetings and collaboration platforms such as WebEx.
