Principal, AI Platform Engineer

Build the shared evaluation, observability, safety, and launch-readiness infrastructure for customer-facing AI systems. Own golden datasets and regression suites to govern LLM quality, develop monitoring for latency/cost/drift/safety and customer impact, and create release gates across camera, agentic, personalization, multimodal, and energy AI features. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Privacy, Security, and Engineering to standardize AI quality and operational readiness.
