Job Summary

Serve as a subject-matter expert for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 within the RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel. Own SharePoint Online administration (permissions, site architecture, content types, tenant configuration) and help build and enhance custom compliance tools. Develop and support the site provisioning solution and automate workflows with PowerShell, while leading moderately complex technical projects, resolving advanced issues, and mentoring other developers.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as subject-matter expert for SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
•Administer SharePoint Online, including permissions, site architecture, content types, site settings, and tenant configuration.
•Develop and enhance custom compliance tools, including ongoing development, deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
•Build and support a site provisioning solution; ensure reliability and alignment with organizational practices.
•Create and maintain PowerShell automation for reporting, lifecycle management, governance, and resolve complex issues across systems while coaching other developers.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
•Minimum 3 years developing and architecting solutions in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
•Advanced-to-expert knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture/development and/or Microsoft Graph/REST APIs/CSOM, plus C# with modern authentication and cloud integration.
•Advanced PowerShell automation experience in enterprise environments.
•Experience in GCC High (or similar controlled landscape) and leading moderately complex technical projects with minimal oversight.
