Key Responsibilities

•Provide client-first service by engaging with clients in person and over the phone and delivering tailored financial wellness recommendations.
•Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations to drive sales and referrals.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•1+ years of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales more important than financial services experience).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
