Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional global teams to build digital products leveraging AI-ML and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • •Research AI-ML and develop fast-track solutions to address presented problems.
  • •Mentor, coach, and train juniors/new joiners to bring them up to speed on the project.
  • •Translate gathered requirements into stories and implement them in the project.
  • •Contribute to innovation culture by proposing solutions outside the box and supporting inclusive, mindful execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive full stack development experience using ReactJS, Python, and AI libraries.
  • •Strong coding skills with algorithm-building and programming logic, plus the ability to create designs and contribute to platform architecture discussions.
  • •Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development, with strong database skills (SQL and NoSql).
  • •Agile execution experience with Kanban knowledge as an advantage, and strong testing focus (TDD/BDD, unit tests, mocking frameworks).
