Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of test engineers to develop, validate, and optimize production test solutions for next-generation ASIC and SoC products.
  • •Develop and release ATE test programs for ASIC/SoC products from NPI through production.
  • •Partner with ASIC design to bring up tests, characterize silicon, and improve test coverage.
  • •Develop and debug test patterns, identify coverage gaps, and implement robust test solutions.
  • •Drive automation, analyze yield data, and collaborate with OSAT partners to resolve production test/quality issues and improve yield and test time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC NPI, ATE testing, silicon characterization, and production test.
  • •Strong expertise with Advantest V93000 (SmarTest 7 & 8) platforms.
  • •Proficiency in C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, and 93K test method development.
  • •Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex engineering projects.
