Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and release of ATE test programs for ASIC/SoC products from NPI through production.
•Partner with ASIC design teams to bring up tests, characterize silicon, and improve test coverage.
•Develop and debug test patterns, identify coverage gaps, and implement robust test solutions.
•Collaborate with Tier-1 OSAT partners to resolve production test and quality issues and improve manufacturing readiness.
•Drive test automation, analyze yield data/failure trends, and mentor a high-performing team to improve yield and test time.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC NPI, ATE testing, silicon characterization, and production test.
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
•Strong expertise with Advantest V93000 (SmarTest 7 & 8) platforms.
•Proficiency in C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, and 93K test method development.
•Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex engineering projects.
