  • •Lead a comprehensive range of security experts, from senior consultants to product experts.
  • •Recruit and develop top talent and senior professionals in the industry.
  • •Partner with the District Sales Director and sales leadership to drive initiatives for sales excellence.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with public customers, prospects, and partners at senior level; qualify opportunities effectively.
  • •Collaborate with German and DACH pre-sales management and act as an escalation point for pre- and post-sales technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years as first line Systems Engineering Manager.
  • •Deep knowledge of cyber security market trends such as SASE, ZTNA, and SecOps.
  • •Ability to map cyber security solutions to business requirements.
  • •Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; fluent in German and English.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the network security industry (MBA preferred).
