•Own regional performance for revenue growth, client retention, and relationship expansion across assigned markets.
•Execute business development strategies including client acquisition, relationship deepening, and referral generation, while managing pipeline expectations.
•Maintain and actively manage a portfolio of client relationships, delivering trust and advisory solutions as a senior advisor and contributor.
•Lead and develop trust and advisory teams through coaching, direction, and performance management, including talent planning and onboarding.
•Ensure adherence to fiduciary responsibilities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk standards across client and business activities.

Salary: 164,290 - 281,640 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•12+ years progressive experience in trust, wealth management, private banking, fiduciary services, or related advisory work, including business development and client relationship management.
•10+ years demonstrated success leading teams and driving performance across defined markets or client segments.
•10+ years proven ability to execute business strategies, manage sales pipelines, and deliver measurable growth outcomes.
•10+ years strong client relationship and business development skills, including engagement with centers of influence and referral partners.
